Semliner Tours & Travel Limited is a licensed Ugandan tour operator based in Kampala. Since 2023, we have been designing safaris, gorilla trekking expeditions, and cultural tours across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania.
Every itinerary we build starts with a conversation. We ask what you want to see, how you like to travel, and how much time you have — then we plan a trip around you, not around a fixed departure schedule.
From gorilla permits with the Uganda Wildlife Authority to game drives in Queen Elizabeth, our team handles the details so you can focus on the experience.

Uganda sits in East Africa, bordered by Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Entebbe International Airport is the main point of entry, about 40 minutes from the capital, Kampala.
Uganda is home to roughly half of the world's remaining mountain gorillas, plus tree-climbing lions, chimpanzees, the source of the Nile, and ten national parks — all within a country the size of the United Kingdom.
The dry seasons — December to February and June to September — are the best periods for game viewing and gorilla trekking. The wet seasons bring lush scenery, fewer visitors, and lower lodge rates.
Most safaris are done by 4x4 vehicle with a driver-guide. Domestic flights connect Entebbe with Murchison Falls, Kasese, and airstrips near Bwindi — useful for cutting travel time on longer itineraries.
Mountain gorilla trekking permits are issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority and must be booked in advance, especially in peak season. We handle permit booking directly as part of any trekking package.
Most visitors can apply for a Uganda e-Visa online before travel, and the East Africa Tourist Visa covers Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya in a single entry. Confirm current requirements with your nearest Ugandan embassy before booking flights.
