What you need to know before you book
Almost all international flights to Uganda arrive at Entebbe International Airport, located on the shores of Lake Victoria about 40 kilometres (roughly 1 hour by road) from the capital, Kampala. The airport has two terminals — Terminal 1 for international arrivals and departures, and Terminal 2 for domestic and some regional flights. Immigration processing is straightforward but can take 30–60 minutes during peak arrival times.
Uganda is not served by many direct long-haul flights. Most travellers from Europe, North America, or Asia arrive via a connection through one of the major hub airports:
For travel to Uganda, the best prices are usually available 2 to 4 months before departure. Peak seasons — mid-June to mid-September and mid-December to February — see higher fares, and gorilla trekking trips especially book out several months in advance. If you're flexible on dates, mid-week departures and shoulder seasons (April–May and October–November) typically offer the lowest fares.
Most visitors require a valid passport (six months validity beyond travel), a Uganda e-Visa (available online), and a yellow fever vaccination certificate. Some nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival. We can advise on your specific situation — just mention your nationality when you submit a flight request.

We accept payment by bank transfer, mobile money (MTN and Airtel), and card payment where applicable. For most bookings, full payment is required before tickets are issued. For large group bookings, we can discuss staged payments. All payment details are confirmed in writing before you send money.

Yes. Our air ticketing service is completely independent of our tour packages. You can book just a flight through us, whether you're travelling for business, visiting family, or combining our ticket service with a safari you've arranged elsewhere. Once payment is confirmed, we issue your e-ticket and send it to you by email, with a copy sent to you on WhatsApp as well. You can check in directly with the airline using the ticket reference number we provide. If you'd like us to assist with online check-in, we can do that on request.
Yes, subject to the airline's unaccompanied minor policy. Most airlines allow children aged 5–11 to travel alone with the unaccompanied minor service, and some allow ages 12–17 on request. We handle the booking, the airline's UM paperwork, and coordination with the receiving adult. Contact us with the child's age and route and we'll confirm what's possible.
